Frances Hlavacek has been a massage therapist and member of the Association of Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP) since January 1999. Schooled at the North Jersey Massage Training Center, she became nationally certified in September 2002. Fran keeps current with emerging body work modalities as required by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.

Fran continues her education in promoting health, recently completing a certification in nutritional counseling. As sole proprietor of Simple Kneads Massage Therapy in Milford Pennsylvania, the goal for her clients is to encourage wellness in a comfortable and professional atmosphere.
